It requires strong customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to schedule and prioritize tasks in a busy store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Notary License preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
