Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits and withdrawals, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Deliver end-to-end advice by educating customers on products, identifying financial needs, and referring them to internal partners or external experts. Manage customer relationships through lead generation, outbound outreach, appointment scheduling, and lobby leadership to orchestrate walk-in traffic. Maintain cash drawer balances, adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements, and complete required training. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
