Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions, open new accounts, and service customers on the teller line and digital platform while uncovering financial needs. Provide consultative support by educating customers on products, managing leads through outbound calls and appointments, and referring clients to appropriate partners. Maintain cash drawer balances, ensure compliance with regulations, and represent the brand as the first point of contact for lobby traffic and inquiries. Work 30 hours per week in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with training provided upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Teller training completion
- Part 1 of platform training completion
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License
