Job Summary
Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform, including opening and closing accounts, servicing deposits and withdrawals, and resolving debit/credit card issues. Provide consultative support by educating customers on products and tools to help them achieve financial goals while uncovering needs for referrals. Manage customer relationships through lead generation, outbound outreach, and appointment scheduling to deepen engagement. Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and adhere to all internal policies and audit requirements. Work 20 hours during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience working with customers
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
