Job Summary
Conduct daily banking center operations including scheduling, customer service workflows, and training while monitoring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead Client Service Representatives through activity-based coaching, performance feedback, and hiring to achieve defined sales and service targets. Deliver personalized financial advice, execute sales processes for new banking relationships, and resolve customer concerns to deepen existing client relationships. Assist in evaluating individual sales goals and share corporate marketing campaign materials with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in business related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in banking, retail sales leadership and or customer service
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry
- must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
