Job Summary
Analyze, design, build and support banking clients' integration and ESB middleware using TIBCO BusinessWorks and API Gateway software. Responsible for integration design, architecture governance, and end-to-end implementation for banking applications. Requires Java/Spring Boot proficiency, solid understanding of SQL and operating systems, and strong Agile/DevSecOps experience. Emphasis on collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, interface specifications, and deployment strategies. Hybrid-friendly environment with a focus on growing skills and delivering impactful banking integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in integration of banking applications and development of TIBCO BusinessWorks and API Gateway software
- Implementation of TIBCO for banking clients and API Gateway software
- End-to-end integration experience with at least one implementation
- Deep technical expertise in TIBCO Business Works and API Gateway software
- Experience in creating Integration Architecture, Deployment, and Interface Specification Documents
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot technologies
- Working knowledge of SQL and operating systems
- Strong understanding of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with DevSecOps processes
- Experience in gathering technical requirements, organizing design reviews, and translating business needs into technical specs
- Experience delivering both Agile and Waterfall SDLC artifacts
- Experience in banking application integrations and collaboration with business/technical teams
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to quantify risks and develop mitigation/remediation strategies
- Familiarity with architecture requirements, integration patterns, and interface specifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
