Job Summary
Advises, analyzes and supports banking clients in planning, analyzing, modernizing and implementing banking CRM, lending solutions, reporting functions, administrative functions, dashboards, data migration and related activities. Manages requirements, application selection, modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and ongoing support. Requires 12 to 15 years of experience in banking applications, with exposure to Indian clients, and strong capabilities in Agile, service architecture, and cloud integration. Also involves collaboration with business teams, stakeholders, and vendors to analyze requirements, conduct design reviews, execute tests and provide sustained support.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services exclusively
- Experience in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients
- Experience with customer onboarding systems, Lending, CRM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CBS
- Functional or Techno-functional knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in DevSecOps processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
