Job Summary
Technical support engineer for banking applications including PFMS, Multibureau, AML, ADV, Onboarding, and other CBS/retail banking systems. Provides L1/L2 application support with shift-based operations, performs EOD/BOD tasks, deployments, and middleware configurations, and conducts trouble shooting, log analysis, and incident resolution. Works with WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Grafana, and OpenSearch; requires SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API skills, and familiarity with DevSecOps processes. Knowledge of banking domain, especially India-specific requirements, is preferred. The role supports a hybrid, collaborative environment and emphasizes customer-focused service and growth within a dynamic banking-technology context.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in providing L1/L2 application support for retail banking applications
- Exposure to WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Grafana, and OpenSearch
- Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements
- Experience in SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution
- DevSecOps processes
