Banking Advisor

Banking Advisor role at RBC involves proactively engaging clients in-branch and in the community to identify banking needs, educate on digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer opportunities to specialists. The position requires problem-solving, relationship-building, and a client-first mindset to drive sales and loyalty. Key duties include responding to client inquiries, delivering a full range of financial transactions, demonstrating and educating clients on services, and cultivating partnerships to maximize referral opportunities. Preferred: Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it, French language skills, and comfort with a target-driven sales environment. Strong digital literacy and the ability to build rapport in financial services are essential.
