Job Summary
Proactively engage clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs, educate on digital banking, demonstrate products, and drive sales and referrals; build and nurture client relationships; respond to client inquiries with a full range of financial transactions; collaborate with RBC partners to referred opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Travel between RBC locations as a condition of employment and leverage advisory skills to assist with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs, while using technology to enhance client experiences and demonstrate solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
