Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, educate on digital banking, drive sales and referrals, respond to client-initiated inquiries, manage a full range of financial transactions, and build relationships with partners to maximize opportunities and referrals. Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, solve problems, listen to client needs, and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first with target-driven sales
- Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
