Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in all branch areas and the community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales opportunities. Focus on client education and demonstrations using digital tools to drive sales, retain business, and resolve client banking problems. Respond to client-initiated contact for a full range of financial transactions while actively listening to understand individual needs. Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals and maintain strong client connections. This role requires mobility between listed branch locations and includes a comprehensive training program in financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first
- Success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients

- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
