Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales opportunities. Focus on client education and demonstration using digital tools to drive sales and retain business. Respond to client-initiated contact to assist with full-range financial transactions, actively listen to understand individual needs, and take ownership of resolving banking problems. Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals. This Banking Advisor Intern role requires Mutual Funds accreditation and digital literacy across devices. Candidates must be available to work all open business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first
