Job Summary
Provide operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, including managing onboarding and account documentation, supporting client provisioning and periodic reviews, assisting with projects and reporting, and handling ad hoc client queries. Requires a university degree in finance, law, or business, fluency in English and Swedish, strong discretion, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
- English and Swedish fluent
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
