Job Summary
Provide operational support to Private Banking client advisors in London, assisting with onboarding and account-opening processes, updating documentation and authorities, managing client Periodic Review activities, and supporting team projects, reporting, and content management. Collaborate with bankers, client service specialists, and operations/technology teams to fulfill requests and resolve ad-hoc client queries. Requires university degree and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, discretion, and a detail-oriented, self-starting approach.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
