Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and process banker activities and teller transactions accurately and efficiently. Proactively identify customers' financial needs to recommend appropriate products, open accounts, and complete loan applications by gathering necessary documents. Utilize resources to ensure documentation is correct the first time while complying with bank operations, security, and confidentiality procedures. Maintain strict standards of integrity and protect customer information. Complete any other branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet registration qualifications for Nationwide Mortgage Lending System, if not already registered
Desired Qualifications
- some college or higher education
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service or sales
