Job Summary
Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures. Provide an excellent experience for clients by acting as the welcoming face of the branch and selling bank products through in-person and telephone conversations. Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring bank services and connecting them with other specialists when appropriate. Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality while working branch hours and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed. Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations. This role supports Banner Bank's mission to help businesses and individuals reach their goals within a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals
Desired Qualifications
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- basic PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator use
- comfortable with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving
- communicate effectively, with proper phone and email etiquette
- excel at building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
