Banker I

Serve as the primary service and sales contact for all bank customers, executing basic entry-level functions such as processing everyday transactions, creating monetary instruments, and referring clients to checking, savings, and other account-based products. Handle cash and negotiable instruments with accuracy while identifying fraudulent activity, and accurately open personal deposit accounts and complete higher-level customer requests. Cross-sell bank services to meet individual and branch performance goals while representing the bank in a courteous, professional manner. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency with desktop and handheld platforms, and the ability to exercise critical thinking. Candidates must possess two years of customer service experience or completion of the internal Banker Pathway I, with a high school diploma and bi-lingual skills preferred. Flexible scheduling includes Monday through Friday and Saturday morning availability.
