Job Summary
Provide superior customer experience in enterprise banking and offer suitable financial solutions to meet client needs. Leverage technology and an omni-channel environment to deliver efficient service and oversee banking activities for business and individual clients. Drive income growth and achieve targets via understanding clients’ working capital cycles and engaging in cross-sell opportunities while maintaining service levels and resolving complaints. Ensure compliance and risk management in all activities and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture. The role sits within Absa Bank’s regional and international banking framework across multiple markets in Africa.
