Job Summary
Relationship Manager to manage an existing client portfolio and onboard new clients/businesses within a financial services context. The role requires a first degree and 3-6 years of cognate experience in sales and relationship management, with experience in the financial industry and in managing small businesses. Key duties include driving profitability through deep customer understanding, account opening/maintenance, and applying product knowledge to client needs. Core competencies include generating ideas, developing strategies, interpreting data, convincing people, and teamwork, along with customer understanding, product knowledge, and execution of submission verification and account-related processes.
Required Qualifications
- First degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 - 6 years’ experience
- Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers
- Experience within the financial industry with experience in managing small businesses
