Job Summary
Manage existing client portfolios and onboard new businesses by conducting account opening and maintenance, verifying applications and submissions, and ensuring product knowledge across financial systems. Drive profitability through customer understanding, interpreting data to develop strategies, and convincing stakeholders within the financial industry. Requires cognate experience in sales and relationship management for small businesses, supported by a first degree and 3–6 years in the sector. This role contributes to Stanbic IBTC's talent pipeline and capacity building within the Africa-focused financial services group.
