Job Summary
Associate Banker in Mid-Corporate Banking specializing in building client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team, developing industry and corporate finance knowledge, navigating the Mid-Corporate product ecosystem, identifying opportunities for innovation and partnerships, supporting senior bankers, driving new client acquisition, and upholding teamwork, respect, and inclusion. Requires deep knowledge of banking products and services, strong organizational and relationship-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; FINRA licenses or eligibility within 180 days are required. Proactively stays informed on industry trends and coordinates with product partners and Global Corporate Banking to deepen client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
