Job Summary
Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset by collaborating with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team to develop industry and sub-sector knowledge. Navigate the Mid-Corporate product ecosystem to deepen client relationships, uncover new prospects, and drive internal and external dialogue. Provide support to senior bankers while finding ways to drive new client acquisition in partnership with the team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships. This role requires navigating the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team to structure comprehensive solutions for companies with revenues ranging from $100 million to $2 billion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, debt capital markets, structured finance, or credit role
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex credit transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge of banking products and services
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire

- Strong financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills prefer
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
