Job Summary
Structure comprehensive financial solutions for mid-cap companies with revenues between $100 million and $2 billion by collaborating with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team. Champion a customer-centric mindset to deepen client relationships, uncover new prospects, and drive internal and external dialogue. Navigate the Mid-Corporate product ecosystem to develop meaningful partnerships while providing support to senior bankers on new client acquisition. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships. This role requires FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Industry Essentials licenses. Full-time position with no employer-sponsored immigration support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, debt capital markets, structured finance, or credit role
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex credit transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge of banking products and services
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire
