Job Summary
Associate Banker in Emerging Middle Markets responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, and drive internal and external client dialogue. You will work independently and as part of a team to introduce comprehensive financial solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services, with a strong emphasis on cross-border businesses, teamwork, and rigorous risk assessment. The role focuses on driving new client acquisition, staying attuned to industry trends, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset while collaborating with product partners and corporate banking teams. Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are essential to succeed in a competitive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
