Job Summary
Associate Banker in Emerging Middle Market: responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen client relationships, and drive internal/external dialogue. Works to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships, stay current with industry trends, and drive new client acquisition in partnership with bankers. Deep knowledge of solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services; collaborates with product partners and corporate banking teams. Requires 3+ years in banking/credit/treasury and strong leadership, relationship-building, risk assessment, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
