Job Summary
Associate Banker for Emerging Middle Market who will work independently and with a team to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients, drive new client acquisition in partnership with bankers, and deepen existing client relationships through portfolio reviews. Deep working knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services is required, with emphasis on cross-border business, teamwork, and client dialogue. Responsibilities include staying current with industry trends to identify opportunities, championing a culture of innovation and customer-centric service, and building market share while collaborating with product partners and Corporate Global Banking teams. Requires 3+ years in a related banking/credit/treasury role, strong integrity, leadership, relationship-building, risk assessment, and product knowledge; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
