Job Summary
Associate Banker in Middle Market collaborates with bankers to grow client relationships, identify opportunities for innovative financial solutions, and conduct portfolio reviews. Responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and drive internal and external client dialogue. Deep knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services is required. The role emphasizes cross-border business sensitivity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
