Banker Associate - Emerging Middle Market- Associate

Job Summary
As an Associate Banker in Middle Market, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. You will help bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and drive internal and external client dialogue. You will apply deep working knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services, collaborating with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core. The ideal candidate shows a strong interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, partnership, and a diligent work ethic with attention to detail. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support of any kind. Responsibilities include championing a culture of innovation and customer centricity; staying abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships; driving new client acquisition in partnership with bankers; embracing diversity and inclusion; and supporting business development initiatives across client portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
