Job Summary
Associate Banker in Emerging Middle Market responsible for driving new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers, deepening client relationships, completing portfolio reviews, building market share and promoting cross-border financial solutions (Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, Merchant Services). Works closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core. Requires 3+ years in banking/credit/treasury, strong leadership, integrity, teamwork, and excellent communication; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
