Job Summary
Associate Banker in Middle Market role focused on identifying opportunities, deepening client relationships, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions across Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. Responsible for prospecting, completing portfolio reviews, driving internal and external client dialogue, and building market share in collaboration with bankers and product partners. Requires 3+ years in banking/credit/treasury, strong integrity and leadership, cross-border acumen, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions. Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
