Job Summary
The Universal Banker position at Apple Bank involves acting as a full-service point of contact for clients, aiding in account transactions and fostering customer relationships. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years retail banking experience in the combined experience of Teller/ Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal + written) skills; must have excellent phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Desired Qualifications
- General understanding of banking operations (Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Loss, etc.) preferred.
- Prior experience in fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and maintain a detailed level of knowledge of banking products and services.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
