Job Summary
Analyst in JPMorgan's Syndicated Finance Group responsible for financial modeling and cash flow/debt capacity analysis, preparing capital markets and credit packages, reviewing work of junior staff, engaging with clients and investors, deepening understanding of debt capital markets, delivering transaction updates, and supporting strategic initiatives; requires strong quantitative skills, knowledge of credit and debt products, ability to manage transactions, excellent communication, and presentation skills; Bachelor's degree and securities licenses 7/79/63 or ability to obtain within 180 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Security licenses 7 or 79, and 63 required (or must be obtained within 180 days of start date)
- 1+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or commercial banking (Banker or Underwriting role)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking, credit, and debt capital markets products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Well organized; able to efficiently manage projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
