Job Summary
Conduct regular site checks to ensure resident, staff, and asset safety, and respond immediately to Warden Alarm calls as the first point of contact during emergencies. Perform domestic portage, scheduled cleaning, laundry, and waste management duties while addressing emergency repairs as needed. Maintain vigilance in keeping the environment secure and safe for all occupants. This flexible bank role supports Abbeyfield Living Society's sheltered housing team in Malmesbury, providing reassurance to older people across England. You will work on a zero-hours basis with competitive pay and accrue 31 days of paid leave annually.
