Job Summary
Support residents with daily personal care needs, including washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence. Build trusting relationships to foster a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel safe and valued. Act with honesty and professionalism by following care plans accurately, respecting confidentiality, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure open communication. Contribute to the development and review of individual care plans, recognizing changes in residents' needs to continuously improve support quality. Join a team at Speedwell Court in Southampton, offering ad hoc day and night shifts from 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am at £13.71 per hour. Full training and ongoing development are provided for new or experienced candidates.
Required Qualifications
