Job Summary
Conduct regular site checks and maintain security while acting as the first point of contact for emergency Warden Alarm calls. Provide domestic portage, scheduled cleaning, laundry, waste management, and respond to emergency repairs. Ensure residents, staff, and assets remain safe through vigilant monitoring and immediate response to incidents. This role operates on a casual Bank Zero Hours basis at Hale Court, Tunbridge Wells, with a pay rate of £13.61 p/h. Candidates must hold UK work eligibility, provide two employment references, and pass an Enhanced DBS check. Mandatory training is provided during induction, and you will accrue leave at an equivalent rate of 31 days per calendar year.
