Job Summary
Bank Wellbeing Assistant role at Abbeyfield Living Society in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex. Bank/casual position covering staff holidays and sickness with zero-hours on a flexible, as-needed basis. Responsibilities include ensuring resident, staff and asset safety through regular site checks, responding to emergencies and Warden Alarm calls, and may include domestic portage, cleaning, laundry, waste management and emergency repairs. Requires customer-focused attitude, reliability, good written/spoken communication, independent work capability, and IT skills. Mandatory DBS check and references are required; role offers training and pro-rated leave in line with casual worker assignment. Pay is hourly with flexible hours; in-person work location at Horsted Keynes and Haywards Heath area.
