Job Summary
Analyst in TRM responsible for the daily/monthly delivery of risk reports for the Seoul trading and banking desks, performing independent risk analysis, ensuring market risk limits are observed, escalating issues when needed, monitoring market developments and their impact on trading strategy, providing risk assessments to senior stakeholders, and supporting regulatory reporting for the Seoul branch. The role requires developing understanding of key risk metrics (including Stress Testing and IRRBB), analyzing market data used for risk control, participating in internal projects, and demonstrating proficiency with Excel and VBA. English language skills are essential for communication with international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Market Risk management
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Excel proficiency; VBA preferred
