Job Summary
Part-time Member Specialist (Bank Teller) providing high-quality member service through transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, money orders, cashier’s checks) and cash handling. Advises members on appropriate products and services, offers solutions to inquiries, and maintains compliance with federal/state laws. Builds relationships with members, conducts outbound calls and sales contacts, supports a sales-driven culture, and assists with call center support as needed. Requires weekday and Saturday availability; emphasizes accuracy, security, and adherence to procedures within a branch environment in Round Lake Beach, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling experience in financial institution or retail establishment
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with computer applications and systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
