Job Summary
Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email while processing teller transactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and balancing standards. Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate bank products and services, stay alert to potential fraud, and support a clean, organized teller area. Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations, then complete required training and perform other duties as requested. Full-time role including rotating Saturdays; float to other local branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
- Ability to float to other local branches as needed to support business demands
- Physical ability to perform regular standing and movement
- Visual and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- Ability to handle up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform some bending and lifting
- Ability to travel independently to other branches or locations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills
- Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
- Intermediate use of desktop applications and standard office equipment
