Job Summary
Provides exceptional customer service while handling routine paying/receiving duties, maintains accurate cash drawer, promotes bank products/services based on customer needs, and supports branch marketing and sales with a fully onsite schedule in Mill Creek, WA. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 6 months (Level I) or 1 year (Level II) of relevant experience, and ability to operate standard office equipment with proficiency in basic computer skills. Compensation ranges based on level: Level I $19.00–$22.88/hour; Level II $20.00–$24.84/hour. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience
- 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in a financial services industry
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Proficient computer skills; DNA or Fiserv knowledge preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
