Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy. Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments while educating clients on mobile banking and online tools. Answer incoming calls, greet walk-ins professionally, and refer service needs to Relationship Bankers for complex solutions. Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards while participating in branch meetings to maintain knowledge of current promotions. Assist with operational duties such as vault balancing, ATM servicing, and night drop to ensure branch readiness. Maintain physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed
- Extensive computer and phone usage capability
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM availability
- Evening hours availability based on branch needs
- Occasional travel to nearby branch locations based on staffing needs
