Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments. Educate customers on self-service tools like mobile banking and ATMs, while answering incoming calls and greeting walk-ins professionally. Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions. Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards while participating in branch meetings to maintain knowledge of current promotions. Branch schedules vary to meet customer needs, including a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with evening hours and occasional travel to nearby locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed
- Extensive computer and phone usage
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Evening hours availability
