Job Summary
Conduct dozens of routine bank transactions daily, including cash checks, deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals, while assessing customer needs to introduce new products like credit cards and savings bonds. Make sales referrals to cross-sell services and go the extra mile to build trust relationships that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Comply with regulatory requirements, manage risk in every transaction, and detect fraudulent activity to prevent losses. Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information while maintaining accuracy. This part-time role is based in Flandreau and requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong mathematical skills.
