Job Summary
Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining daily cash balances and adhering to regulatory procedures. Identify cross-selling opportunities to generate referrals and resolve member inquiries by educating them on alternative service channels. Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety and security of assets through strict operational controls. This role requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including rotating Saturdays and a hybrid arrangement, with branch hours running Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:30pm. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months cash handling experience in Retail/Service industry.
- 6+ months experience in Member/Customer service.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management.
- Must be able and available to work a 'hybrid' schedule, per business operations requirement, as needed.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge in all applicable MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone including very good active listening skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high quality service to our Members and working as a team player.
- Ability to use knowledge of products, services, and branch operations.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
