Job Summary
Bank Teller in Cohoes will be the client-facing first impression, delivering outstanding service while accurately processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders) and maintaining policy compliance. The role involves identifying clients' financial needs, referring suitable products/services to branch colleagues, assisting in fraud detection, and upholding Pioneer’s IMAGINE culture through professional interactions and relationship-building with clients. Strong mathematical skills and at least six months of cash handling and customer service experience are preferred. The position is full-time, non-exempt with scheduled hours across weekdays and Saturdays.
