Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive project goals while developing schematics for custom circuit designs and overseeing physical layout implementation of circuit and RTL designs. Verify timing, power, functional, and yield performance of designs for current and next-generation AI hardware products. This role requires proficiency in high-speed compute, processor, and datapath design, with familiarity in RTL and custom-digital circuit design. Located in Toronto, Kitchener, San Francisco, or Austin, the position supports a rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of AI hardware innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve project objectives and navigate challenges effectively
- Proficiency in IP development for internal or customer use
- Experience in high-speed compute, processor, and datapath design
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with both RTL and custom-digital circuit design
- Proven experience in shepherding multiple products through the design, verification, and product testing phases
