Job Summary
Support customers in making informed choices and develop life skills to reach their full potential in accordance with individual support plans. Provide personal care, including health and medication requirements, and perform manual handling of customers. Ensure a safe environment is created while treating customers with respect. Work within a team demonstrating practical understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding, risk assessment, and confidentiality. Join the Respite Service in Woking to enable people with disabilities to live active and healthy lives in their local communities. Full training is provided with career progression encouraged.
