Job Summary
Provide residential support to adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs at Alphonsus House in Oldbury. Assist with day-to-day operations, care requirements, keeping spaces organized, and ensuring a positive experience for residents. Support individuals to move back into their own homes in the community, with allocated key workers to help meet goals and aspirations. Full training and development opportunities, career conversations, and pathways into leadership and clinical positions are offered. DBS paid for; pension enrolment; refer-a-friend bonus.
