Job Summary
Provide person-centered support to residents with acquired brain injury, autism, and disabilities to help them live as independently as possible. Role includes organizing and participating in diverse activities (art, crafts, music, sports, gardening, shopping, swimming, college, employment, and more) and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, resilience, teamwork, strong communication, reliability, and effective time management, with a focus on delivering quality, individualized support and ongoing training and development.
